From the initial meeting with the installer, my wife & I felt he knew what he was talking about & explained what was needed & clearly explained how it would be done. He, (the installer), promptly prepared concise quotations for us, & after studying them, we asked him to proceed with the works. He informed us when he could do the work if it would be convenient to us, which it was, & he duly arrived on time. He put down dust sheets where necessary & quickly proceeded with the installation. Upon completion, he tidied up & clearly explained the controller & asked if we had any questions.

Called out as rhere was no hot water, was there the next day. Diagnosed the problem straight away, did a temporary fix but was realistic thay a new boiler was need. Very genuine and straight to the point. Explained the issue in great detail but not too technical so I would understand. Polite, quick, good quality and at a good price.

Nick had great communication from the start. Explained everything well, without me even asking. Gas Safe number was put on the initial quote, he provided pictures of the work carried out and also sent a follow-up message after the work was complete to make sure everything was working well. Nick is very knowledgeable and definitely takes pride in his work.

Nick did a fantastic job fixing my boiler - he knew exactly what to do, and showed why he was employed for several years+ for Ideal Heating. He knew my boiler inside out, and serviced it from top to bottom. The sump was replaced on the spot, no messing. Nick was professional, courteous and I won't hesitate in enlisting his services again. 5*****
