I recently used Engineer Direct Appliances to install a cooker hood, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The engineer who attended was kind, polite, and professional. He kept the entire worktop clean while installing the unit and talked me through the process, explaining every detail clearly. Error code E15 on our Bosch dishwasher, apparently down to an auto cut-off. Messaged EDAR using the on-line contact form on Sunday evening, Sonay called on Monday morning and attended on Tuesday. Arrived on time and fault rectified within the hour. Cost less than Bosch call-out fee.
