Error code E15 on our Bosch dishwasher, apparently down to an auto cut-off. Messaged EDAR using the on-line contact form on Sunday evening, Sonay called on Monday morning and attended on Tuesday. Arrived on time and fault rectified within the hour. Cost less than Bosch call-out fee. Have called Sonay in the past to deal with issues with the dishwasher and washerdryer, found him very professional and courteous and would have no hesitation to recommend.
