Great company . Friendly service from start to finish really helpful with the planning and great advice when it came to picking what I wanted. When lads came to measure up there was no pressure into make a decision straight away. you can design your door and use that image to see what it will look like. When they came to fit the door the two lads were really friendly, they were on time and tidied up they also took all rubbish with them. Would highly recommend!!

Full quotation carried out by Steve from Energy Window NE, which was full of details & no hidden prices. A minor fault was found when first quote was given, work carried out on a new lintel before installation of windows. Date of installation never changed & Steve was always available beforehand to discuss anything. Installation team came & fully replaced doors & windows of full house within two days, always cleaned up & were very professional & courteous in our home. Installation team went through full debrief of how all items worked & offered advice on maintenance of doors & windows.

Energy windows were great to deal with from start to finish. Stephen was very happy to quote me 1 window at a time and able to advise suitability design for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. He was really helpful and professional and no pressure whatsoever to buy. Window came with certificate etc, all the appropriate paperwork and the lads who installed it were very efficient, pleasant and polite. After an extortionate quote from another company to fix a broken window handle these guys got in touch i sent a photo and a video to show them what was required. The guy came today couldn't believe what another company were trying to charge. very friendly and will definitely be using and recommending in the future.
