On a couple of the hottest days of the year, Robin and his assistant installed garden lighting in both front and rear gardens along with additional power points. Despite clay soil that was like concrete and some problems caused by work done by the previous owners, they carried on to complete the rear garden on the first day. Returning the following week to tackle the front garden required extremely hard work to dig the cable channels both with regards to ground conditions and the temperatures they were working in. As with previous work it was completed within the time and to a high standard.

Robin completed several EICRs and follow-up remedial works for us. He was responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The quality of his work was great, and whenever a minor issue arose, he was quick to address and rectify it without fuss. Highly recommend

Robin from EMP 365 was fantastic. He managed to fit me in at short notice to replace my electrical board, and was really friendly and helpful throughout. A few days later he came back to carry out some additional work he'd identified was needed. Really happy with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him.

We recently had our fuseboard replaced, with all the necessary certificates provided. The work was completed over two visits: first, the fuseboard was replaced and the cables were extended to improve its accessibility, and a week later, external earthing cables were installed to the gas meter and water mains. The electrician and apprentice were professional, efficient, and completed the work to a high standard. The only point worth mentioning is that the cost was on the high side. That said, if quality and compliance are your priorities, you can expect a professional job.

I called in the morning as a light switch had stopped working. By early afternoon it was fixed! Informative and helpful via the phone, easy online booking system and kept updated via text. Robin arrived and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend!

Only one pathetic light bulb in the garage of our new house so contacted Robin to enhance the lighting as he had done our loft lighting. We then realised that mains sockets were in the wrong place and were too few. So we moved the goalposts again. The guys turned up as scheduled and did a superb job on the lights, then suggested socket positions which they then installed. Excellent workmanship throughout and not phased by our changes to the planned work. Cleaned up when they finished. I highly recommend Robin and his guy for the quality of their work, good humour, advice and the price.
