  Fantastic cleaning

  I had emop cleaners come to visit my dads home in Bow Tower Hamletts What a fantastic service My Dads home was very neglected as he used to refuse cleaners Once he was in hospital I arrange for cleaners to attend They turned up prompt and really worked hard - Very professional cleaners and very polite / my dads home looks so much better and the bad smell gone Further more the cost of the cleaning was very reasonable I would definitely use the service again

  Nothing was cleaned

  Booked a 3-hour clean. The cleaner arrived but did no work. When I returned home, nothing was cleaned - not the bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, office, floors, or rugs. I paid for 3 hours but have no idea what the cleaner did. The company assured me I'd get a professional standard clean but did not deliver at all

  I was very impressed with the cleaner Emop sent me. Her name was Ayo and she was punctual, efficient and very thorough with the cleaning. I would definitely recommend the cleaner and the company.

  Threatening, aggressive call from eMop

  The cleaner himself was absolutely amazing and a lovely man. However, towards the end of the clean I received a call from eMop. A man was extremely aggressive, practically interrogating me as I declined his offer for £150 off my next clean. He brought up details in my cleaning request form, that I was “away for 22 days” in a strange attempt to almost bully me into accepting his offer. After I politely declined his request for the 5th time, he commented “you want us to do all your dirty work”… Extremely strange and concerning, especially from someone who has access to my address.
