I was very impressed with the cleaner Emop sent me. Her name was Ayo and she was punctual, efficient and very thorough with the cleaning. I would definitely recommend the cleaner and the company.

The cleaner himself was absolutely amazing and a lovely man. However, towards the end of the clean I received a call from eMop. A man was extremely aggressive, practically interrogating me as I declined his offer for £150 off my next clean. He brought up details in my cleaning request form, that I was “away for 22 days” in a strange attempt to almost bully me into accepting his offer. After I politely declined his request for the 5th time, he commented “you want us to do all your dirty work”… Extremely strange and concerning, especially from someone who has access to my address. We needed our flat deep cleaned in preparation for new tenants. We put an ad on Checkatrade and within minutes received a phone call from eMop. Adebola arrived exactly on time and cleaned the flat meticulously. We are very happy with the quality of her work.
