  Replacement Guttering job - great job!

  Having previously used Eminence for a chimney breast removal and having done a great job for us, I asked them to replace all our guttering, which was desperately needed. The new guttering was delivered the day before the work was to begin, the offload which was supervised by Eminence. Over the next two days the work was completed to my total satisfaction. Will absolutely recommend them and will use them for future building related work.

  Lucas identified the problem quickly and whilst working on the job, kept us updated with the progress and photographed the finished result. We have used Lucas before and have always found him friendly and efficient and someone who takes pride in his work.

  Garage conversion

  The conversion is well made with a good quality finish. Everything was left neat and tidy each night and everyone was cheerful and easy to talk to coming up with various ideas when needed. A great job despite the bad weather.

  Maintenance and Repair of Bay Window Roof

  Lucas at Eminence developments recently sealed our bay window roof with a polymer system guaranteed for 10 years. We are really pleased with the work and advice he offered to resolve a leaking bay. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Lucas again to complete work on our property as all communication was easy and straightforward and the work has been carried out efficiently and within the expected timeframe.   Handsome builder! (It’s like a Diet Coke moment if you know you know)

  Had Lucas and his crew round my house to tackle a big render job which was done quick and professionally it’s the second job Lucas has done for me on my home this guy knows what he’s doing and he is professional, polite and gives realistic quotes can’t fault him I don’t have trust in many builders but Lucas is in a different league to most to the point I wasn’t even at my home I just let him and his guys get on with it because I knew I’d get an honest quality job done. So long as Lucas stays in the building trade he will be my go to guy going forward. Oh and also helps he’s a handsome fella!
