We found Lucas on Checkatrade and were impressed by the reviews in place. From the very start Lucas was highly communicative responding to Qs within a day. We needed scaffolding sorted, which he arranged. The main issue was a leaking gully next to a flat roof, causing damp issues inside. Lucas fully cleaned the area including the flat roof. Repaired the damaged/worn issies and then painted the whole area with a waterproof rubber paint, which insurance companies recommend. It looks incredibly neat from the pics and we’re confident the problem has been addressed. Highly recommended.

After being let down by other roofers, we decided to try checkatrade and were very pleased we did. Lucas was always on time and his communication was great as well as being very friendly. He showed us photos of before and after the works were completed and did a fantastic job. Had some good chats over a cup of tea! We would certainly employ him again for any other building jobs, and thoroughly recommend him.

As usual Lucas and the team were hard working and easy to talk to. The inside work was done quickly and it was all tidied at the end. The pointing was done with lime mortar to make it in line with the age of the house. At every stage it was left clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away. I would definitely recommend this company to do work it is the 4th time i have used them.

All work was delivered on schedule, and Lucas completed a thorough repair, providing photos of what had been achieved.
