The conversion is well made with a good quality finish. Everything was left neat and tidy each night and everyone was cheerful and easy to talk to coming up with various ideas when needed. A great job despite the bad weather.

Lucas at Eminence developments recently sealed our bay window roof with a polymer system guaranteed for 10 years. We are really pleased with the work and advice he offered to resolve a leaking bay. Had Lucas and his crew round my house to tackle a big render job which was done quick and professionally it’s the second job Lucas has done for me on my home this guy knows what he’s doing and he is professional, polite and gives realistic quotes can’t fault him I don’t have trust in many builders but Lucas is in a different league to most to the point I wasn’t even at my home I just let him and his guys get on with it because I knew I’d get an honest quality job done. So long as Lucas stays in the building trade he will be my go to guy going forward. Oh and also helps he’s a handsome fella!

Lucas is always excellent with any of the jobs he has done for me at the end if each day he makes sure everything is tidy and explains what has been done. He often comes up with ideas to make the job better than originally planned. I will always use Lucas for any other jobs i need doing.

Repointing work carried out of full house using lime mortar. Carried out with care and close attention to detail and finish, including always making sure site was left tidy at the end of each days work. Always helpful, friendly and polite. Excellent service

Im over the moon, I can’t rate these guys highly enough. After my roof had leaked for many years, and had supposedly been ‘fixed’ many times. Finally a roofer that has done the job properly! They even cleaned up after themselves! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
