  Macerator Replacement

  Helped us to diagnose and replace a broken macerator in a very awkward downstairs bathroom. He took the time to find the best solution for the job, installed a replacement in good time, was happy to help with some unexpected snagging issues, and left the site clean and tidy. Good communication, friendly and transparent at each step.

  Nick was quick to respond to the job, assessed it from photos to give me a quote, attended promptly and finished the job the same day despite uncovering an additional issue that required extra parts.

  Poor workmanship

  I would avoid this tradesperson. He charged £90 to fix a leaking tap, which was not resolved. During payment, he took my phone and entered his own bank details into my banking app which was unprofessional. When I reported the issue was still ongoing, I reluctantly allowed him to return. The tap was left poorly fitted and still not properly fixed. He also behaved unprofessionally and at one point suggested I had imagined the issue. I would never use this company again.

  Pipe leak fix

  Thanks to Nick for sorting out an emergency leak for us, saved a lot of stress and hassle in the end! Also much appreciated for the advice about what works our water supplier can do for us as well.

  Courteous and efficient. Best plumber in a long while

  Excellent service from the quote through to the solution. Carried out a number of niggly jobs which others had failed to fix. Courteous and efficient nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him, i felt he went above and beyond the initial problems.
