I would avoid this tradesperson. He charged £90 to fix a leaking tap, which was not resolved. During payment, he took my phone and entered his own bank details into my banking app which was unprofessional. When I reported the issue was still ongoing, I reluctantly allowed him to return. The tap was left poorly fitted and still not properly fixed. He also behaved unprofessionally and at one point suggested I had imagined the issue. I would never use this company again.

Thanks to Nick for sorting out an emergency leak for us, saved a lot of stress and hassle in the end! Also much appreciated for the advice about what works our water supplier can do for us as well.

Nic was really good; kept in clear communication throughout, clearly explained the problem to me, fixed the problem and explained to me how to continue to monitor the fix. Would recommend!

Excellent service from the quote through to the solution. Carried out a number of niggly jobs which others had failed to fix. Courteous and efficient nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend him, i felt he went above and beyond the initial problems.

Nick was great, encountered a few problems but over came them and completed the job very satisfactory to a good standard, would definitely recommend Nicks and his company for any plumbing jobs, very easy going pleasant guy and knowledgeable in plumbing trade.

Had a very good experience with Nic. Very good communication on the phone in the build up. Very honest approach when attending my house. Took time to explain in detail what the issues were with my taps and kitchen sink. Laid out my options in an easy to understand way. Didn't put any pressure on me either way, let me decide the best course of action. Was very thorough in his workmanship.
