Contacted this company about a straightforward sink and tap replacement. Was quoted £300 fixed price with no VAT or call-out fee. After I asked for the quote in writing, along with proof of insurance and warranty details (standard stuff), the price was suddenly doubled to £600 with no explanation beyond “you want official job.” Very poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and clear signs of shifting goalposts. Job location: EN2Danny was punctual polite and very helpful. The repair wasn't completely successful; but the leak have reduced massively. He is sourcing the correct parts to return and fit them. Overall I was very happy
