Contacted this company about a straightforward sink and tap replacement. Was quoted £300 fixed price with no VAT or call-out fee. After I asked for the quote in writing, along with proof of insurance and warranty details (standard stuff), the price was suddenly doubled to £600 with no explanation beyond “you want official job.” Very poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and clear signs of shifting goalposts. Wasted my time — not recommended.

Danny was punctual polite and very helpful. The repair wasn't completely successful; but the leak have reduced massively. He is sourcing the correct parts to return and fit them. Overall I was very happy

Emergency Plumbing did an emergency job for me back in August 2023 taking out my old toilet and fitting a new one. Sadly it turned out that he had not fitted it properly - the toilet was moving around and a leak had developed in a pipe which he had sealed off. He came back to put in some terrible foam at the back and then refused to come back to tidy it up. I had to call in another plumber who has now informed me the toilet has not been properly fitted. Some basic valves had not been tightened. He is a friendly person but beware as he does not pay attention to detail which matters.

Responded very quickly to the posting, very punctual to the agreed time for attending the property and starting the work. Very thorough in fulfilling the task.

Danny was quick to respond to the job posting and was able to attend within 1/2 hr of the go ahead. Turned up on time as promised and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently

DID NOT BOTHER SHOWING UP - Disgraceful service! Utter waste of time, asked for extensive videos and information - WASTE OF TIME - made a installation booking and confirmed timing etc. THEN NO ATTENDANCE OR EVEN CONTACT - DO NOT TRUST!
