  Charged £150 plus vat. Then an electrician came out couldn't fix the job and they charged an extra £270. I had to get a local electrician to sort it for £60 dont waste you money on this company

  Emergency plumber over Easter bank holiday

  Quickly found us a plumber despite it being the evening and over bank holiday weekend who came to us within an hour and did the work needed. He was thorough, friendly and left everything as he found it (Nickolas Bale from Norwich area).

  Leaking kitchen tap

  Old spray mixer tap, although only 3 yrs old, had failed completely. I sourced a new tap and needed it fitted urgently as our old one was leaking from several places. It was a relief to find help, increasingly hard these days, but I’d do all I can to avoid needing the emergency service aspect again. Basically doubled the price, even though we didn’t get someone the same day. I think they should make you aware sooner that Emergency Hero is basically a middle man, who will cost you more because they charge a finder fee effectively.

  fixed a leaking pipe

  Emergency Hero subcontracted to Anna and Pietr (sorry if the spellings are incorrect): Needed an emergency repair of leaking pipe as had to turn off house water supply. Unable to access pipe without removing the bath, so cut and capped the pipe just to allow water supply to be turned back on. No issues, friendly and efficient. Did have to wait several hours, but did attend same day so no complaints. No other company able to do same day.
