  Communication wasn't very good and the plumber left a lot of mess he was in and out as quick as he could while making a lot of mess left for me to tidy up. Then ignores follow-ups.

  Emergency plumber worked quickly & efficiently to trace & cap mysterious leak & stop further damage

  Emergency plumber quick to respond to my callout about an unexplained leak from ceiling. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough. He explained that he would have to remove plasterwork and tiling to trace the leak and checked I was ok with that. Although it was tricky to find, he traced and isolated the leak, explained what needed to be done next, cleared up after himself and left my home checking before he left that the water supply and heating were functioning perfectly. He was excellent at problem solving and gave excellent customer service.

  Fast and efficient service. Dealt with Andy who organised things quickly. Kevin the engineer was amazing, fixed the problem quickly and absolutely brilliant service. Thank you

  Appalling Service

  The trader came to my house fitted the radiator charged me an extra £96 which he said was for materials on top of the £200 which I already paid. He arrived late but did say he was stuck in traffic. Fitted the radiator when he left I noticed water dripping through my dining room ceiling called him back he sorted the leak , left the floor board up and said it will dry out. The following day the radiator wasn’t working, I contacted Emergency Hero who advised me to bleed the radiator which I did. Still not working contacted numerous times to make them aware . They have still not rectified it

  BRILLIANT FROM START TO FINISH

  Great service from initial call. Engineer out within 2hrs of calling for assistance. Fixed within 2hrs of engineer arriving. Knowledgeable tradesman.

  Emergency repair

  Called emergency hero and explained my problem and with 4 hours my problem was sorted out. This ment I was able to use all my electrics again. Fast efficient and very knowledgeable electrician attended.
