    Diagnosed the problem and was very helpful with the next steps. The callout was at an antisocial hour but the callout time was very quick. Really appreciated his guidance and advice about how to fix the problem. Will definitely recommend him and use him for future works

    Impressively quick turnup and good quality work

    Had a broken water pipe and Emergency Hero had a plumber out about 2 hours later. Pipe was fixed quickly and even replastered the wall too. All in, a good service. Only thing is, Emergency Hero act like a broker, finding a tradsman for you, so you have to pay both them and the plumber separately. Overall, probably makes the job a bit more expensive but if you're in a pinch it's worth it.

    Reliable and polite

    The tradesman was both polite and punctual. He carried out the work and took time to explain what the problem had been . He took care to ensure the work area was clean on completion of the work. I would certainly call on his services again should te need arise
