Elmacre Roofing were selected to carry out repairs to a low roof over the wet room of our 'hose next door'. Although hte job had to be delayed because of poor weather when we had a dry day they came in and carried out the work I had identified and it has not leaked since. A good job well done.

The company were very professional from start to finish. Correspondence by phone/text/email was seamless and everything happened within agreed timescales. Wesley was a joy to deal with and his team did everything asked of them. Unfortunately during the replacement of our bathroom roof part of the ceiling came down because it was sodden following the leak. Wesley was able to arrange for a plasterer to repair this within a week. All in all an excellent service.

Wesley and his son arranged quickly to visit to give a quotation and provided a date when the work could start. They were knowledgeable and professional, instilling confidence. The team carried out the first part of the work as arranged, leaving everything tidy. Wesley and his son completed the second part of the work, providing details of what they had done. Communication was excellent throughout, with Wesley's friendly but professional manner making me feel at ease.

Highly recommended. We called for a quote to sort out a leaking felt flat roof and install a lovely new rubber roof. Plus we needed new facia boards & guttering and installation of new lead flashing on a lean to conservatory. Not only was it a really good price but 2 days later the job had been done (on the coldest day of the year) with a team who kept going into dusk to get it finished. They were professional, polite and pleasant to talk to and they left the site nice and tidy. Really happy with Wesley, Bradley and their team.

Fantastic company to deal with. The guys have clearly worked as a team for a while and that’s reflected in the quality of the work they do. The attention to detail was second to none. Great communication and arrived exactly when we scheduled (even working the weekend due to being delayed by bad weather).
