I booked Ellis & Sons to relocate my extractor fan for 9am this morning, so took the morning off and cleared the kitchen area. I got a message that they were running late, due to a prioritised urgent job. The last message I received from them saying they'd 'keep me in the loop' was 9.08am. Come midday - I still hadn't heard anything. I've since messaged them (it's 2.30pm now) and tried phoning but no response. Don't book them unless you want to be messed around and let down.

He is an expert electrician and the quality of his work is good

Chris was prompt to respond to the job request and was extremely polite and personable when he came to review the job (same day we put the job on the website). Job was completed to a high standard and we would definitely use Chris’ services again.
