  Bathroom Renovation

  Used Elite Property Solutions to complete a bathroom renovation. Really impressive workmanship from Richard, installed exactly the way envisioned. Richard kept me informed throughout the process and the result was better than could have expected. Excellent communication and work was completed quickly. Will definitely use again for any future works. Highly recommend.

  New Bathroom and Shower room

  Richard did a fantastic job installing our new bathroom and shower room. The workmanship is excellent, particularly impressed with the tiling. Everything was finished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish.   Complete refurbishment of bathroom

  Richard helped us with a complete refurbishment of a very dated bathroom which including taking down stud walls, moving pipes, installing a separate bath and shower and replastering the internal and external bathroom walls and did an amazing job. Given the age and condition of the property there were several surprises along the way but Richard always kept us informed of his progress and always came up with practical solutions to tackle any issues. His work was immaculate and he went above and beyond. We are really happy that we chose Richard and would definitely recommend.

  Outstanding, and certainly goes the extra mile. Very thorough, and provides updates. Very transparent, approachable and uses his own initiative. Work finished to super high standard. Why are not more workmen like Richard? Best of the best.
