Richard helped us with a complete refurbishment of a very dated bathroom which including taking down stud walls, moving pipes, installing a separate bath and shower and replastering the internal and external bathroom walls and did an amazing job. Given the age and condition of the property there were several surprises along the way but Richard always kept us informed of his progress and always came up with practical solutions to tackle any issues. His work was immaculate and he went above and beyond. We are really happy that we chose Richard and would definitely recommend.

Sealant around bathtub needed urgently replacing as tenants had reported water leaking through to the ceiling below. Richard from Elite Property Solutions fitted the job in on a Sunday morning at very late notice. Tenants reported that he was careful and thorough and that the work was carried out to a high standard. Would certainly recommend!

Richard recently renovated the bathroom at my property. This included the full removal of the old bathroom, pipework and tiling and refit of new tiles (floor & walls), new bathroom suite and pipework. As is typical with work of this nature, small snags arose throughout and were dealt with effortlessly and professionally, with good customer communication and consultation. Very pleased with the bathroom upon completion so I also asked Richard to carry out some tiling and minor plumbing work in the Kitchen. Again, very happy with the results and will return to Elite Property in the future.
