fantastic very swift and prompt

Ricky was very quick to return my call and advised when he was able to attend. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The problem was soon solved with a new basin waste and pipes. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant service , super quick responses I would highly recommend. Had multiple plumbing issues all were resolved in 24hrs .

Called Ricky between xmas and new year after a shower pump failure. He arrived within an hour, diagnosed the failure and also identified a leak in the hot water cylinder. Provided good easy to understand advice - agreed to have him replace the current hot water cylinder with an unvented (mains pressure) system at a fair price. Work was completed a few days later over the weekend to a high standard with no problems since the installation. Would use RIcky and Elite Plumbing Heating solutions again no question.

All fully investigated and solved at short notice - and on a Sunday. Even got a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.

I have used Ricky a number of times, from fixing taps to extractor fans and leaking pipes to two complete bathrooms make overs consisting of new bathroom units and new floor tiles. His work was superb and my wife and I were really pleased. I will always use Ricky and would recommend him to anyone
