  Boiler servicing

  Despite of an initial communication issue, Braidy came around and did an amazing job, servicing my boiler. The service provided was excelent, very professional, Braidy is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do the job to high standards and fix any issue. The communication was good, I have been informed all the time about issues, solutions and costs. Braidy came on time for the appointment and respected my property also respected the job he was doing. I can't get him any fault and I highly recommend him! Thanks Braidy and Elite Plumbing & Gas Services ltd

  Boiler replacement at very short notice

  Braidy came out at very short notice and sourced a replacement boiler and all the parts as swiftly as he could and constantly kept me updated. Despite having some really bad luck with one of his vehicles he was here as soon as he could be and fitted new boiler in a really awkward spot. He is polite considerate and very efficient. I live on my own and always worry about people coming into my home but I consider Braidy to be an honest and kind man who takes great pride in his work. Really impressed that he contacted me a few weeks later to check that everything was ok. Highly recommend

  Amazing knowledge, response time and support

  Braidy was super helpful - he contacted us over WhatsApp after we lodged a problem with our boiler on CheckATrade. He went above and beyond assisting us so we could get hot water for the evening. He gave really clear instructions and informed us of what to look out for. So helpful and really friendly, with a very short response time!! We’ll definitely be looking to book Elite Plumbing & Gas Services for our next boiler service! Thanks again Braidy!

  Boiler Replacement

  My boiler was nearly 20 years old and stopped working. I contacted Elite plumbing services who were very efficient and came out the same day. The engineer Braidy was very knowledgeable and advised that it would be best to replace it. The installation was very neat and everything went to plan without any surprises! It was a reasonable and competitive price with a quick turnaround providing an A* professional service! Very happy, would definitely use again and recommend.
