I want to say big thank you for the boiler replacement service. Everything was done very professional and quick. Braidy did an excellent job. He was recommended by a friend. I found him friendly but professional and polite with good communication skills. He provided a competitive price, was reliable and knowledgeable, when a problem arose he instantly came up with a solution. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he left his work area clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, he’s very good and provides value for money.

Braidy was very quick at getting back to my enquiry and organised a visit to take a look at the job in order to give an accurate quote. Braidy came over to connect our new hob. He arrived on time, but upon entering immediately asked us where our gas meter was. Braidy picked up very quickly that we had a gas leak which we were completely unaware of. He found the leak promptly, fixed our gas pipes, and connected our new hob. What was meant to be a “quick job” turned into Braidy staying out of hours to make sure we were safe and running. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond for us yesterday. It’s safe to say that for any gas works and servicing we will be using Braidy every single time. Thanks again!

Punctual, tidy and the quality of work was excellent. Good communication throughout. Any additional costs were explained and justified. One unforseen issue was some hot water flowing to the rads, Bradie came roubd the next day and is already booked in to resolve. Very happy overall, would highly recommend.
