    Amazing knowledge, response time and support

    Braidy was super helpful - he contacted us over WhatsApp after we lodged a problem with our boiler on CheckATrade. He went above and beyond assisting us so we could get hot water for the evening. He gave really clear instructions and informed us of what to look out for. So helpful and really friendly, with a very short response time!! We’ll definitely be looking to book Elite Plumbing & Gas Services for our next boiler service! Thanks again Braidy!

    Boiler Replacement

    My boiler was nearly 20 years old and stopped working. I contacted Elite plumbing services who were very efficient and came out the same day. The engineer Braidy was very knowledgeable and advised that it would be best to replace it. The installation was very neat and everything went to plan without any surprises! It was a reasonable and competitive price with a quick turnaround providing an A* professional service! Very happy, would definitely use again and recommend.

    Excellent service

    Braidy did an excellent job. He was recommended by a friend. I found him friendly but professional and polite with good communication skills. He provided a competitive price, was reliable and knowledgeable, when a problem arose he instantly came up with a solution. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he left his work area clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, he’s very good and provides value for money.
