From start to finish, the service has been absolutely fantastic. Braidy has an impressive work ethic and worked tirelessly to get my brand new central heating installed within a week. He effortlessly dealt with the many challenges that an old property can often throw up and found solutions to deliver what I wanted. Really impressive job, very professional throughout and kept me up to date daily, and all at a very competitive price. Braidy was fantastic throughout my new boiler install. When my boiler broke down and another company let me down, Braidy came out the same day to diagnose the problem (a completely dead and decades old boiler) and then worked with me for my very problematic work schedule to get the boiler fitted. My pipework was also no longer up to code so had to be replaced, and Braidy was very fair and open and honest about what was needed and the cost. The installation was faultless, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite to any friends or family, and I Wil certainly be using them again.
