    Unvented cylinder installation

    Punctual, tidy and the quality of work was excellent. Good communication throughout. Any additional costs were explained and justified. One unforseen issue was some hot water flowing to the rads, Bradie came roubd the next day and is already booked in to resolve. Very happy overall, would highly recommend.

    Very happy - would not hesitate to recommend!

    I could not recommend Braidy more. We had a cylinder taken removed and replaced with a megaflo in the loft including the relocating pipes. From first contact to follow-up Braidy was communicative, prompt and efficient. He was a tidy tidy and the finished work is neat as a pin! I would recommend this businessto anyone. I’m not sure the going rate for plumbers these days but we were happy to pay for the quality received.

    Braidy and Tony were brilliant - they carried out extensive and specialised work on our Victorian property in East Oxford, including a few bespoke things as we went along which was incredibly helpful. Communication was consistently excellent, and Braidy was kind and reassuring of the stresses of undergoing a home renovation project, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing & Gas - they are superb!

    Boiler install

    Very professional team, arrived on schedule and completed installation to a high standard. Did a handover and completed all paperwork. No complaints.

    Great work

    Elite came out to do a couple of small jobs for us. They managed to fix both pretty quickly despite needing to fetch parts. Asked him if he had time to have a look at another while here and make a recommendation and he was actually able to fix it for us even though it ended up taking longer than the other two put together. But he never complained, was super helpful and he did a really great job with the whole lot and we're relieved it is all done. Thank you!
