Elite were excellent, first sending around a highly knowledgeable reviewer to examine and estimate the work, then as a fitter to undertake the work itself. The velux unit I'd secured mismatched what was a legacy design, but they were able to fit it without issue, and were extremely careful when fitting the curtain rail into a concrete lintel with very poor plasterwork to deal with. Throughout, they worked with care and consideration, and cleanly with what could have been very dirty jobs.
