Elite were excellent, first sending around a highly knowledgeable reviewer to examine and estimate the work, then as a fitter to undertake the work itself. The velux unit I'd secured mismatched what was a legacy design, but they were able to fit it without issue, and were extremely careful when fitting the curtain rail into a concrete lintel with very poor plasterwork to deal with. Throughout, they worked with care and consideration, and cleanly with what could have been very dirty jobs. I've reached out to them to estimate for further work, and would have no hesitation to recommend them.
