  We had a modern stove installed with rigid section Mi Flue used. The overall look was good

  Communication was very poor—dealing with EliteHeating wasn’t worth it. The flue was too short and there was no external air intake. James was responsive before taking a 50% deposit, then impossible to reach. A HETAS engineer confirmed the work wasn’t compliant. We had ongoing issues all winter and spring, with smoke entering the house and difficulty refuelling. I spent an extra £400 trying to fix it. Not worth it as my problems are a year in from handing over the deposit.

  James, Paul and Jimmy from Elite Heating and Plumbing were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and efficient, making the whole process stress-free.   Log burner and external chimney installation.

  We arranged for a log burner/stove and external chimney installation and had a recommendation from our neighbour to get a quotation from James of Elite, we couldnt be more happy with the installation both Paul and James did a cracking job and took care with our home. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend Elite.
