  We had a modern stove installed with rigid section Mi Flue used. The overall look was good

  Communication was very poor—dealing with EliteHeating wasn’t worth it. The flue was too short and there was no external air intake. James was responsive before taking a 50% deposit, then impossible to reach. A HETAS engineer confirmed the work wasn’t compliant. We had ongoing issues all winter and spring, with smoke entering the house and difficulty refuelling. I spent an extra £400 trying to fix it. Not worth it as my problems are a year in from handing over the deposit.

  Fixed the pointing along our roof pitch and added 8 vent tiles

  Great work and many of them turned up to complete the job. The correct vent tiles had to be purchased in the day but Lauren went to find and get them. Job was completed extremely quickly.
