Thank you very much to Marcus at Elite Heating & Plumbing. He did an excellent job replacing my hot water system. I highly recommend him. He was quick to attend, answered all my questions about the new system, gave me a clear quote, updated me with an ETA before arrival, made sure the old system was disposed off from a second floor flat without damage to the walls etcs, made sure the new system was fitted and working correctly and made sure the area was clean/tidy before he left.

Good response for boiler service (good time frame), everything completed same day. No issues. Also texted to give ETA, which is very useful, so some other things can be fitted in. Also replaced water softener device at the same time.
