3 Poor after sales service

Company was brilliant at manufacturing and installing the gate but after a couple of years a a hinge broke so I contacted them to repair it agreeing to pay the cost and agree an approximate date for the work to be done then the company completely stopped answering calls or emails.Verified reviewerJob location: CR010 Fixing my electric gate

Excellent service from Joe. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, all for his standard call out fee. No fuss, no bother, just excellent service. Our usual engineer had visited previously but was unable to repair the intermittent fault on our electronic security gates. I called Joe and despite finding him on the motorway on his way home st the end of the working day, without hesitation he offered to take an early exit and visit. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Joe had diagnosed and explained at length, the problem and carried out a temporary repair without charge, not leaving us until he was sure it would last until his return. We spend alot of our time installing Gates and access control in schools around surrey and essex. We do not just do schools we have a large amount of residential customers. We have a team in surrey/ kent area and we also have a team in the essex area and try to get to our clients within 48hrs.We can do Gates, Gate automation, Fencing, Access control, Parking barriers. We offer yearly maintance and swervice contracts along with 24 emergency callouts. At Elite gates ltd we are enforcing gate safety on every gate we service, repaire and install. We offer FREE safety insepctions and force test to new cutomers. As we feel on gate safety is a piroity to us. We work to the EN safety Standard and will not install a system that is not safe.
