Company was brilliant at manufacturing and installing the gate but after a couple of years a a hinge broke so I contacted them to repair it agreeing to pay the cost and agree an approximate date for the work to be done then the company completely stopped answering calls or emails.

Excellent service from Joe. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, all for his standard call out fee. No fuss, no bother, just excellent service. First time I've used him but he's gone straight into my address book for future needs!

Our usual engineer had visited previously but was unable to repair the intermittent fault on our electronic security gates. I called Joe and despite finding him on the motorway on his way home st the end of the working day, without hesitation he offered to take an early exit and visit. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Joe had diagnosed and explained at length, the problem and carried out a temporary repair without charge, not leaving us until he was sure it would last until his return. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, Joe will be our go to engineer of choice as this young man deserves to do well.
