  Mice bite and seal wall holes and openings

  Checking all potential wall holes was perfect. They provided bites for the mice and it was great. In general everything went very well.

  Rats

  Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

  Mice infestation

  Mohamed did an outstanding job handling a mice infestation for us. His work was excellent from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the process, explaining everything in detail so we understood what to expect. True to his word, he resolved the issue within the timeframe he initially provided.
