Mohammed came round the same day that I called him to investigate a persistent rodent issue. He quickly identified where the rodents were entering from and also carried out a very thorough investigation of the entire house, identifying any possible entry points and then following up with a detailed survey with photos. It’s the first time we’ve had such a thorough investigation. In the past others have just laid bait. Mohammed laid bait and returned later to block all of the holes. We haven’t heard a peep since. We called Mohammed out for a problem with rats in our loft and a second time to deal with a wasp nest. He is very thorough and has all the equipment and experience to deal with the pests efficiently.
