  I feel disgusted with Elite Drains Limited

  I feel disgusted with this company. They booked two appointments—one last week and one this week—to visit my property, but they didn’t show up either time. Last week, I travelled from London to Milton Keynes and waited for the engineer, but he never arrived. I called the Elite phone line, and the engineer eventually called back to say the camera had broken at the last minute. He then rebooked the appointment for Tuesday at the same time. Again, I travelled from London to Milton Keynes, and once again, he didn’t turn up. Checkatrade should remove this trader from their website.

He informed us that he was attending your booking and would call you, but we’ve since discovered he didn’t and we have now terminated his employment as a result. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and wasted travel. As a goodwill gesture, we’d like to cover your petrol expenses, please contact our office so we can arrange this for you directly.

  My kitchen drain was blocked and causing me problems got hold of elite drains and came out that week to sort the problem out for me. Sam was very helpful and explained what the problem was and told me everything that they was planning on doing what a great service from them
