  Elite Drains couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. They responded quickly, recognised our need for them to come as soon as possible and worked quickly and efficiently to clear our toilet after our children had caused a blockage. Couldn’t recommend them enough and would absolutely use them again. Thank you again Elite Drains.

  Highly recommended. Received a follow up call instantly, had the job booked in immediately. Two friendly professionals equipped with all the machinery to release the blockage in my drain and recommend a longer term fix. Will use again.

  I feel disgusted with Elite Drains Limited

  I feel disgusted with this company. They booked two appointments—one last week and one this week—to visit my property, but they didn’t show up either time. Last week, I travelled from London to Milton Keynes and waited for the engineer, but he never arrived. I called the Elite phone line, and the engineer eventually called back to say the camera had broken at the last minute. He then rebooked the appointment for Tuesday at the same time. Again, I travelled from London to Milton Keynes, and once again, he didn’t turn up. Checkatrade should remove this trader from their website.

He informed us that he was attending your booking and would call you, but we’ve since discovered he didn’t and we have now terminated his employment as a result. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and wasted travel.
