10 Samsung washer repair

I had a samsung washing machine warrenty repair compelted by Scott as the drum bearing had failed. From start to finish I found Elite digital appliances very helpful. After they recieved my video of the fault they made sure to arrive with all of the parts required. Scott was very friendly, his knowledge and skill are a credit to the company. He arrived within the alloted window and completed the complex repair in a very short time. We have a Samsung washing machine and logged a call for an engineer, Elite are the company used to deliver support. Within a very short while we were contacted by Elite with next day appointment. We were kept informed of when the engineer would be with us. Ian arrived and identified the problem really quickly and set about fixing the issue. He was extremely polite and courteous. He delivered great customer service and showed great knowledge and skill. Thank you for getting our washing machine back up and running again. The company was able to book us an engineer visit within two working days of our accessing Samsung’s website. They use a tracking information link with regular updates that enabled us to plan our day. Muhammad, their engineer, arrived at the time notified, diagnosed the cause of our problem immediately and had the appropriate part on his van. He explained the fault to us, replaced the drier in its place and left giving us some hints on how to avoid a recurrence. Muhammad is a great ambassador for the company. Gesmar could not of been more polite or helpful. He quickly identified the problem whilst showing me what he was doing, fixed it & he then carried out some extra work showing me how to clean the covered filter & how often to do it. I paid £100 for a survey on my fridge. They then said it would cost £250 for parts and return to fix. Then said they couldn’t get the part but refused to refund. Basically just took the money.Verified reviewerJob location: RH17
