Beyond frustrated by this company. 3 visits and 6 weeks later and still havent got a functioning washing machine. Their customer service is virtually non-existent and unfortunately they dont seem to care whether or not a customer has a fixed appliance. Elite were contracted by Samsung for a warranty repair. Engineer arrived and said it needed a new PCB, and would return next week. I then received an email to say that the repair was not covered due to misuse of the machine. Claim there were wires and socks in the filter, yet there was nothing in the machine, and they can not provide any evidence to say otherwise. Gave me a quote to fix the machine, as the said Samsung will not cover the repair. Very odd behaviour, and claims that are not true at all. Job location: KT19Came in, washed out the lint filter bottom right of the machine, and checked the pump was working. That's all it took, just tilt up the dryer in the garden and squirt the hose up the lint filter, then dry out any excess from the back of the machine where the hose enters the box at the bottom.0 Extremely disappointed – avoid at all costs!

I had an engineer visit to fix our oven, but instead of completing the job properly, they left without even screwing the oven back into place. I later found two screws left on my kitchen countertop, clearly indicating the job was left unfinished. When I contacted the company about this, I was shocked by their response. They claimed the oven had already not been screwed in before the visit – an absolutely false and wrong explanation. How could an oven have been safely in use without being properly secured? My main problem was with Checkatrade's website! After agreeing to this company coming out, I was trying to stop the job request being sent to other co's. This resulted in C'trade cancelling the job!
