Hi, we an Elite Digital Appliances engineer (Danny) come out to us last week to look at our Samsung fridge freezer. We wanted to say how professional, helpful and friendly he was. We were impressed that Elite Digital Appliances kept up to date with the appointment time. Would recommend.

Very poor experience. Initial repair took around a month to complete, leaving us without a washing machine for far too long. Within weeks, a new fault appeared (drainage), which was not an issue before. Multiple appointments followed, requiring unpaid time off work, including a visit where the engineer arrived without the necessary part. The “all day” booking system and unreliable tracking make it impossible to plan around work. I also requested a different engineer for the follow-up visit, which was ignored, and the appointment had to be cancelled. Overall, slow, poorly coordinated service.

I had a samsung washing machine warrenty repair compelted by Scott as the drum bearing had failed. From start to finish I found Elite digital appliances very helpful. After they recieved my video of the fault they made sure to arrive with all of the parts required. Scott was very friendly, his knowledge and skill are a credit to the company. He arrived within the alloted window and completed the complex repair in a very short time. Left the work area tidy and offered some useful advice for my appliance.

We have a Samsung washing machine and logged a call for an engineer, Elite are the company used to deliver support. Within a very short while we were contacted by Elite with next day appointment. We were kept informed of when the engineer would be with us. Ian arrived and identified the problem really quickly and set about fixing the issue. He was extremely polite and courteous. He delivered great customer service and showed great knowledge and skill. Thank you for getting our washing machine back up and running again. Top Man!1

The company was able to book us an engineer visit within two working days of our accessing Samsung’s website. They use a tracking information link with regular updates that enabled us to plan our day. Muhammad, their engineer, arrived at the time notified, diagnosed the cause of our problem immediately and had the appropriate part on his van. He explained the fault to us, replaced the drier in its place and left giving us some hints on how to avoid a recurrence. Muhammad is a great ambassador for the company. Can recommend Elite and Samsung’s after-sales and warranty service.
