Came in, washed out the lint filter bottom right of the machine, and checked the pump was working. That's all it took, just tilt up the dryer in the garden and squirt the hose up the lint filter, then dry out any excess from the back of the machine where the hose enters the box at the bottom.

I had an engineer visit to fix our oven, but instead of completing the job properly, they left without even screwing the oven back into place. I later found two screws left on my kitchen countertop, clearly indicating the job was left unfinished. When I contacted the company about this, I was shocked by their response. They claimed the oven had already not been screwed in before the visit – an absolutely false and wrong explanation. How could an oven have been safely in use without being properly secured? Very prompt reply to my initial enquiry. Kept informed throughout. Arrived ahead of expected time. Job carried out by Ian very expertly. Overall a very pleasant experience except for paying the bill of course.

My main problem was with Checkatrade's website! After agreeing to this company coming out, I was trying to stop the job request being sent to other co's. This resulted in C'trade cancelling the job! Luckily, the company turned up early this morning and checked my machine.
