  Carpet cleaning

  Lee was quick to respond to messages, he provided a really reasonable quote and it was easy to book the service in. The carpets were cleaned really well, and when I highlighted an ink stain that had been on the carpet for a while, Lee was able to get it out with no issue. The job was completed thoroughly and efficiently. Lee was friendly and cheerful which is always appreciated. Would recommend and use again.

  Carpets were freshened up a bit, but it did not remove any stains, and from what I saw no special attention was paid to any stains I had pointed out. Chap talked A LOT, spent as much time chatting/telling me his life story as doing the job - but at least he was friendly, I guess. Will probably just buy a Vax for next time.

  Hi Hannah we are sorry to hear that your not completely happy with our services we did spend time in treating the stains as we washing the carpets as we go but even though we have solutions for stains we still can’t guarantee that they come out fully.

  Lee was great. Responded to my enquiry quickly and squeezed us in before the weekend, Arrived on time, great communication throughout. The job was carried out efficiently and with great care. The result was much better than we had hoped. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

  I recently had my three-bedroom bungalow cleaned by Elite Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was excellent.Lee arrived on time, was polite and professional, and took great care with every room. The carpets look and smell fresh, and they managed to remove some tough stains I thought were permanent. The whole house feels much cleaner and more comfortable now. They worked efficiently without cutting corners and made sure everything was left neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend Lee

  Efficient and effective carpet cleaning

  Used Elite to clean whole house of carpets. Job went smoothly and effective with no surprises. Final cost was as quoted and receipt supplied. All in a good and professional job.
