Lee was quick to respond to messages, he provided a really reasonable quote and it was easy to book the service in. The carpets were cleaned really well, and when I highlighted an ink stain that had been on the carpet for a while, Lee was able to get it out with no issue. Carpets were freshened up a bit, but it did not remove any stains, and from what I saw no special attention was paid to any stains I had pointed out. Chap talked A LOT, spent as much time chatting/telling me his life story as doing the job - but at least he was friendly, I guess. Hi Hannah we are sorry to hear that your not completely happy with our services we did spend time in treating the stains as we washing the carpets as we go but even though we have solutions for stains we still can’t guarantee that they come out fully.

Arriving between 8-9am - 10-11am - 12-1pm - 2.30-3.30pm - 5-6pm sometimes possible 7-8pm. Tuesday till Sunday.
