Lee was quick to respond to messages, he provided a really reasonable quote and it was easy to book the service in. The carpets were cleaned really well, and when I highlighted an ink stain that had been on the carpet for a while, Lee was able to get it out with no issue. The job was completed thoroughly and efficiently. Lee was friendly and cheerful which is always appreciated. Would recommend and use again.

Carpets were freshened up a bit, but it did not remove any stains, and from what I saw no special attention was paid to any stains I had pointed out. Chap talked A LOT, spent as much time chatting/telling me his life story as doing the job - but at least he was friendly, I guess. Will probably just buy a Vax for next time.
