Had a an oil tank issue lunchtime on Christmas Eve which meant had to turn off heating, with guests expected! Contacted Elgan and within 1 hour one of his team, Ben, had arrived and quickly resolved the issue and then ensured the boiler had refired before leaving. Job location: W4Elgan’s team quickly found the problem with our water heater and solved that and another issue with a radiator. They were also really fast to arrive, we were helped within the day.
