After 30 years of showering under the equivalent of a lukewarm dripping tap, we finally found a plumber who has solved this problem for us. Couldn’t be more happy! The guys were very polite and worked quickly, efficiently and tidily, and covered all areas where they were working. The date for the works to be done got pushed a couple of times because they had an emergency elsewhere which took longer than anticipated, but Lorraine in the office kept us informed and we weren’t worried in any case (what’s a couple more days after 30 years!) Thank you so much Elgan - this is better than Christmas!

The plumber arrived very punctually and carried out the boiler service both quickly and efficiently, he also answered our questions about running the system. We were very happy with the service.

The team tackled a tricky job, which comprised a leaky seal in the waste pipe of a wall-hung toilet and repairs to the damage caused by leaking water. Each team member was polite, professional and tidy and they did a really good job.
