The staff at Elgan Davies Ltd are always well mannered, well presented, and competent. What was a routine boiler service (commercial size at a large house) ended up with their identifying a fault with the magnetic filter, and replacing it on pretty much the next business day. They might not be the cheapest around but you know you are calling the experts. If only all firms were like this!

Had a an oil tank issue lunchtime on Christmas Eve which meant had to turn off heating, with guests expected! Contacted Elgan and within 1 hour one of his team, Ben, had arrived and quickly resolved the issue and then ensured the boiler had refired before leaving. Very relieved and very grateful for the prompt response and great service!
