Elgan’s team quickly found the problem with our water heater and solved that and another issue with a radiator. They were also really fast to arrive, we were helped within the day.

I contacted Elgan Davies to enquire about the installation of a new programmer for my heating and hot water system. Not only did they visit me later that same day, but they were able to provide a very competitive quote there and then and even completed the installation during that same visit. An excellent service. After 30 years of showering under the equivalent of a lukewarm dripping tap, we finally found a plumber who has solved this problem for us. Couldn’t be more happy! The guys were very polite and worked quickly, efficiently and tidily, and covered all areas where they were working. The date for the works to be done got pushed a couple of times because they had an emergency elsewhere which took longer than anticipated, but Lorraine in the office kept us informed and we weren’t worried in any case (what’s a couple more days after 30 years!) Thank you so much Elgan - this is better than Christmas!
