  The best surveyors out there!

  Ben and his team were amazing! We contacted Ben a week ago and requested an urgent survey to be done as we needed this within a week. He booked us in so quickly and with such ease. He attended the property and did a very thorough job. With our circumstances being so critical he even gave us a small run down of what he found on the day so that it wouldn't delay the sales process. He was fantastic to work with and so efficient. Such a professional team and always contactable. He made this already stressful process so much easier. I definitely recommend him and the team to anyone!

  Level 3 survey

  Ben from Element Surveyors did a level 3 survey on the property we are buying, He was extremely professional and the report was very thorough and comprehensive, even giving an idea on costs of possible work needed. Feel he went above and beyond what we were expecting. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

  A great service for a very reasonable price

  Element did a level 3 survey in under two weeks of our quote. Ben gave clear advice on the type of survey and services we should get for the property. His quote was reasonable and easy to understand. Ben's report was comprehensive and readable. He responded to our Qs over email and was available before and after to answer questions. In particular, it's worth noting that Element offer services for which some national surveyors slap on a surcharge. Our report had useful drone photos of the roof as standard (I've seen +£200 quoted elsewhere), and some charge £200 for post-survey consultations.

  Water ingress inspection and report

  Ben carried out a thorough, non-invasive defect inspection and produced a clear, well-structured report identifying the cause of water ingress in our flat. The report set out the likely cause, supporting evidence and recommended remedial works in a way that was easy to understand and suitable for use with our buildings insurer. Communication was professional throughout and the report gave us confidence to move forward with repairs. Would recommend.

  Thorough and detailed L3 survey

  Ben was very professional and polite in all dealings and communication and quick to respond to emails. The survey was booked in same week and we received initial findings the next day with the full report following the next weekend. The report was incredibly thorough and detailed with photos throughout. We had requested some specifics to be inspected, which Ben carried out no problem. We would definitely recommend this service, much easier than dealing with a large company and no hidden costs or corners cut. Really impressed.

  Honest, clear and efficient.

  Ben's been very clear and helpful through the inspection process: He responded to emails and questions very promptly and his final report was produced to the promised timescale and was very clear. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
