Instructed Element surveyors to provide their professional opinion about causation of repeated leaks in a block of flats. Ben was prompt with his communication, attended the property at the arranged time and carried out a thorough inspection. He provided an impartial opinion in a report which was produced shortly afterwards, would recommend.

I wanted to get a full survey done for our new house, as we plan to knock through some walls. I contacted Ben, who promptly gave us his availability and clearly listed what would be included. He was friendly, clear and liaised directly with the property agents to arrange the survey. After the survey we got a summary within a could have days, then the full survey a week later. The survey was clear and thorough. I also asked for some additional photos which Ben kindly shared. We were happy with Ben and would recommend him.
