  My experience with Element Gas Ltd has been excellent from start to finish. The initial contact, Rebekah, was polite, professional, and took the time to understand my requirements. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly. Joe, who carried out the work, was friendly and delivered a high standard of workmanship—everything was done neatly and efficiently. I’ve since decided to book them for my boiler servicing as well, as they’ve earned my trust. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

  Replacement of leaking bath taps

  Water leak from bathroom; turned out to be bath taps - we went insurance route only for company sent out to merely cap the taps - insurers wouldn't pay to replace due to also having shower. We contacted Element Gas, who promptly requested a photo of the taps and other information to give an accurate quote. Turned up on time - if anything, a bit early - polite, knowledgeable and quick, providing an excellent job in replacing the taps, plus enabling us to easily switch off the taps if something similar ever happened again. Would highly recommend and will engage for any further work.

  Boiler Replacement

  The work carried out by Joe was excellent. He turned up on time was courteous & friendly and worked hard. When the job was finished the area where he’d worked was left spotless. And the overall cost was competitive. His office manager Rebekah was communicative and pleasant throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe.

  Gas Boiler Installation and Radiator Fitting

  We couldn't be more impressed with the service we recieved and will most definitely ask Joe to carry out all future work in our home. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. The installation was carried out with precision and care, ensuring every aspect was carried out to the highest standard. The new boiler and radiator were installed seamlessly and we are delighted with the work. Joe was punctual, organised and very tidy, he is also a pleasure to talk to.
