I’m extremely happy with my new combi boiler installation. The whole process was smooth from start to finish — clear communication, punctual arrival, and very tidy workmanship throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the system was installed efficiently and to a high standard. The heating and hot water are working perfectly, and the difference is noticeable straight away. Professional, reliable, and great value for the quality of work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Element Gas. Joe is fantastic, he first replaced our back boiler with new central heating and then a few months later did a full bathroom refit. They were polite, friendly, explained what they were doing so we were comfortable with every stage of the work. They were very patient with my two anxious dogs, often working around their needs. The quality of the work was superb and it's totally changed our home. We would 100% recommend them.

My experience with Element Gas Ltd has been excellent from start to finish. The initial contact, Rebekah, was polite, professional, and took the time to understand my requirements. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly. Joe, who carried out the work, was friendly and delivered a high standard of workmanship—everything was done neatly and efficiently. I’ve since decided to book them for my boiler servicing as well, as they’ve earned my trust. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Water leak from bathroom; turned out to be bath taps - we went insurance route only for company sent out to merely cap the taps - insurers wouldn't pay to replace due to also having shower. We contacted Element Gas, who promptly requested a photo of the taps and other information to give an accurate quote. Turned up on time - if anything, a bit early - polite, knowledgeable and quick, providing an excellent job in replacing the taps, plus enabling us to easily switch off the taps if something similar ever happened again. Would highly recommend and will engage for any further work.

The work carried out by Joe was excellent. He turned up on time was courteous & friendly and worked hard. When the job was finished the area where he’d worked was left spotless. And the overall cost was competitive. His office manager Rebekah was communicative and pleasant throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe.
