We had 4 windows changed in September 2025. The work was carried out on the planned date by a skilled workman, who was hard working, polite and cleaned up carefully before leaving. Had 17 windows and a set of patio doors replaced. Bilal company owner visited to quote was prompt polite and professional. Quote was very reasonable and competitive against other companies. He then visited again with his fitter measured again to order the windows. Kept in communication. Answered all questions. Came with fitters on both days to make sure all was OK. His fitters are the most professional hardworking team I've met. 3 guys completed the job in 2 days. I could not fault them.
