Easy communication and great work. Highly recommend. Had work done back in January and also July. Very professional.

Had 17 windows and a set of patio doors replaced. Bilal company owner visited to quote was prompt polite and professional. Quote was very reasonable and competitive against other companies. He then visited again with his fitter measured again to order the windows. Kept in communication. Answered all questions. Came with fitters on both days to make sure all was OK. His fitters are the most professional hardworking team I've met. 3 guys completed the job in 2 days. I could not fault them. Would use this company again and would recommend them 5 stars plus

I always prefer to find a well-reviewed, independent, local business like Elegance Glazing for jobs rather than a larger regional or national company. It is just much easier to communicate with. Elegance was helpful in all aspects of the process and straightforward rather than corporate. The work was done on the wettest weekend of a very wet 2024 but still it was completed with a minimum of fuss and any little tweaks that needed attention afterwards were dealt with very quickly and without fuss.

Very happy with the job great communication and a fair price. Had a issue with one of the window locks a week after installations and after one phone call everything was fixed in under a week. Would definitely recommend!
