  Absolutely fantastic trade person! Prompt and detailed communication, punctual, well presented, knowledgeable and a true master of his craft. He was really helpful in getting the issue resolved as well as sourcing spares. Pricing agreed and upheld. 10/10 recommendation from me.

  Reliable efficient and friendly

  Paul was recommended by a friend. We spoke via messager and I was able to send short videos of the issues with my fridge freezer. Paul suggested what needed repairing and agreed to do some research and get back to me. Two days later (weekend) Paul messaged to say he had ordered the part and would make contact to arrange to repair once it had arrived. The following day Paul rang to arrange repair the next day. He arrived on time and was finished within half an hour and the problem was fixed. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Paul. Great communication and an excellent job

  Electric oven not working

  very professional very knowledgeable punctual. Explained fully what was wrong with the oven. Gave us options. I would recommend this company to anyone. Helpful friendly hardworking knowledgeable. Such a wonderful service. Thank you.
