  Knowledgeable, honest, and clear communication

  Really great experience. The issue was with a microwave oven that had stopped working. He was extremely knowledgeable, quickly identified the fault, and clearly knew his stuff. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was kept informed at each step. He provided a very reasonable quote for the parts and the repair, with no pressure. Would not hesitate to use again.

  Removal of EV charger from rented property

  Ed from Borough Electrical Services promptly responded to my ad on Checkatrade. He was extremely easy to communicate with, and arranging a date for the work was hassle-free. Ed arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and without any fuss. The removal of the EV charger from our rented property was done to a high standard, and he ensured everything was made good. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Borough Electrical Services again for reinstallation at my new property or for any additional work. Ed is not only highly professional but also a pleasure to work with.

  Joseph is a really pleasant guy and saved me a fortune. I had a few plumbers come to check a leak I had and Joseph was the only one that correctly identified the issue and fixed it quickly. He also saved me £Xs as I was able to reclaim the total cost from the company that built my flat as it was originally installed wrong. Overall, a very good guy and extremely knowledge about his trade. I'd thoroughly recommend him and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

  Darren is probably one of the friendliest tradesmen I've come across. His work is second to none and I genuinely think the kitchen was left cleaner after he left than before he arrived. He's happy to answer any questions you may have, he'll put your mind at ease if you have any concerns, and he is a genuine guy doing fantastic work. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a plasterer.

  Changed lock after moving into new property.

  I thought Mark would be here for about 30 minutes changing the lock for my front door, but by the time I had made a drink, he was done and finished. Very responsive over email, super quick worker, polite, professional and left the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is needing locksmith services. Great job, Mark.
