After hearing the problem, he said, it looks to be a simple problem and I sent him a picture of the fuse box. He asked me to reset some of the fuses. It worked immediately. Very happy about his approach, definitely 10/10 in every aspect.

Working solidly all day without any pause at all, he has the most amazing work ethic. Obviously highly knowledgeable and competent, he completed the work on time and to quote. Hoovered up every speck of dust and dirt afterwards - it hardly looked like he'd been here at all. I will definitely use his services again and have already recommended him to others.

Tom came to sort out boiler which he did with quick efficiency . He was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with him . Highly recommend !

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. What should have been a few hours work turned into multiple visits and a total change in what was required. He didn’t complain once and arrived as and when he said he would. The job was completed to a high standard and you wouldn’t even know he had been. He even offered to keep to the original quote which wasn’t an option for us due to the amount of time and work involved.

Thomas checked the storage heater, made an adjustment to the settings, now working perfectly.
