  Fixed Plug Sockets in kids room

  Absolutely incredible service from EFS! I noticed a plug in my sons room was making a bit of a zapping sound (very worrying) on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning they called me to confirm an engineer could come out that day. The person I spoke to on the phone was really reassuring and I appreciated the way she focused on making me aware that the engineer would at least make sure the room was safe. Mikey, the engineer, turned up and was such a nice bloke. He identified a few possible issues and replaced the sockets and now we're all good. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service!

  Really nice guy, very experienced and knowledgeable, took him 5 minutes to identify problem and fix it. Highly recommend if you have any problem regarding electricity

  RCD on fuse box not working and meaning no electricity in the house.

  They called with in a minute of our job request. Arranged appointment for 7am next morning. Called to say 10 minutes away. Arrived on time. Explained everything including options. Tidy, clean and had everything to carry out the work. Very friendly and courteous. Happy to return if further issues. Would thoroughly recommend.

  We booked Danny from EFS for the day and he was brilliant. He fixed and installed everything we needed in time. He also explained the wirings with a diagram and did a walk around at the end of the job to ensure that we were clear and happy with everything. He also cleared everything up before leaving. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Glad we found EFS.
