The gent was working nearby so gave me a phone call and a quote for the job. He found out what the problem was and bought a new replacement switch and fitted it for us. He made sure that the shower was now getting power and that the problem was sorted.

EFS were really responsive and fitted me in at short notice, for an electric boiler service and EICR. The engineer, Mikey, was extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely use EFS again and recommend to others.
