They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently and left everything neat and tidy when the job was finished. The gent was working nearby so gave me a phone call and a quote for the job. He found out what the problem was and bought a new replacement switch and fitted it for us. He made sure that the shower was now getting power and that the problem was sorted.

EFS were really responsive and fitted me in at short notice, for an electric boiler service and EICR. The engineer, Mikey, was extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely use EFS again and recommend to others.

Absolutely incredible service from EFS! I noticed a plug in my sons room was making a bit of a zapping sound (very worrying) on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning they called me to confirm an engineer could come out that day. The person I spoke to on the phone was really reassuring and I appreciated the way she focused on making me aware that the engineer would at least make sure the room was safe. Mikey, the engineer, turned up and was such a nice bloke. He identified a few possible issues and replaced the sockets and now we're all good. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service!
