  A very reliable company. Kris came out to give a quote for the work I required doing, helpful and polite. James the electrician who did the work, also very helpful and polite . Work I asked for was carried out as described.

  Helpful and thorough.

  Electric11 identified several issues during an EICR inspection of my rental property. These were rectified successfully, and the company was clear throughout about what was needed and happy to explain anything I was unclear of. Throughout the process the company administrators were helpful and communicative, and the engineers were sensitive to the needs of my single lady tenant who is cautious of having people around the flat.

  High quality workmanship

  EV charger installation

  Electric 11 supplied & installed an EV charger. The job involved trench work to enable the cable to reach the garage. I spoke with Kris, who prepare the quote. He was clearly very knowledgable and gave me confidence that I was dealing with a reliable and competent business. Max and Ollie, who undertook the work, are polite and engaging young men who were a delight to meet. They obviously enjoy their work and are a great advert for the company. They worked to a high standard and were very neat and tidy. I was very pleased with the result.
